WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories.
Due to hygiene reasons, all accessories are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, we’ll sort it with care and make it right.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please kindly note that in case that you receive a damaged garment or package you must notify us within 24h attaching a picture of both. Also, we highly recommend you to specify “damaged package” to the courier at the delivery.
NOTE: Club Murmur goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colours. Club Murmur cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Due to the artisan nature of all our products, some of them may contain marks in the paint, clay or fabric properly of the whole artisanal process. Please note, these characteristics are not considered defects and will not apply for a free return, refund or discount.
