Orders
How do i cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you can’t cancel the order. If there is anything that we can help, please contact us at info@clubmurmur.com
What if I receive the wrong product or faulty items?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@clubmurmur.com within 3 working days (for local orders) and 10 working days (for overseas orders) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, providing us with your order number and a photograph of the item. If you do not contact us within 3 working days (for local orders) and 10 working days (for overseas orders), the item shall be ineligible for return or exchange.
How can I edit my shipping address?
We’ll do our best to catch it! Please contact us as soon as possible with your updated address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. Once it's on its way, we’re unable to make changes.

Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions only apply to orders with a subtotal over RM150 being shipped to domestic addresses located in Malaysia. Some restrictions may apply.

Where do you ship to?
For now, we ship within Malaysia & Singapore only. We’re exploring international shipping — stay tuned for updates!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories.
Due to hygiene reasons, all accessories are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.
Quality Guarantee
Please kindly note that in case that you receive a damaged garment or package you must notify us within 24hr attaching a picture of both. Also, we highly recommend you to specify “damaged package” to the courier at the delivery.
NOTE: Club Murmur goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colours. Club Murmur cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Due to the artisan nature of all our products, some of them may contain marks in the paint, clay or fabric properly of the whole artisanal process. Please note, these characteristics are not considered defects and will not apply for a free return, refund or discount.

Our products
Are your products waterproof?
Our hair ties, scrunchies and fabric/textile-based products are not waterproof. Hair clips and acetate-based products may be used on wet hair, however we do not recommend submerging underwater for extended periods of time.
How do I care for my claw?
A little care goes a long way in keeping your claw looking and feeling its best:
Take it off before bed, showers, or swims — water and restless pillows aren’t its friends.
If it ever gets caught in the water, dry it off gently or let it air dry so it stays rust-free.
Give it space — don’t toss it into an overstuffed bag where it might get scratched or bent.
Keep it out of direct sunlight for too long; heat can soften or warp the acetate.
Match the claw to the amount of hair — don’t make it hold more than it’s meant to.
Switch up where you clip it, so it keeps its shape over time.
Always check for any cracks or sharp edges before using — just to keep you (and your hair) safe.
Wipe it down with a soft cloth after wear to keep it fresh and shiny.
